Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard ground UPS or USPS shipping, in the intercontinental United States, will be used for all orders, unless otherwise specified at the time of order placement.
Standard shipments arrive within approximately 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping methods are available at full price on any order placed via the internet or over the phone.To specify a shipping method, select your preferred option at checkout. Expedited orders must be placed by noon, Pacific Time, for shipment the following business day. Expedited orders placed on holiday weekends, will be shipped on the next business day.
We cannot offer overnight shipping for international orders, or for PO/ APO/ FPO orders. Arrival time for international orders cannot be predicted due to customs.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping offers are only applicable for UPS and USPS standard ground deliveries. Free Shipping offers do not apply for Priority Mail, Fed Ex or other expedited methods of shipping.Shipping is non-refundable.
Handling:
A flat fee of $4.99 will be applied to all orders.Handling is non-refundable.
International Orders:
International shipping charges will be calculated at check out.Please check your address carefully, as return shipping is non-refundable. International orders are normally sent via USPS Global Express Mail and take anywhere from 7-12 business days to arrival, excluding any delays imposed by customs. Sometimes third-party carriers handle deliveries within the destination country, and this can increase delivery time.
Customs for International Orders:
We list your package as “health products” on customs forms. Please check with your country’s customs agency for additional information on possible import taxes or tariffs.
