What is the EsseCore System? Our systems are have been researched and developed based on the fact that one product cannot address all the stress and sleep problems you might be having. Left un-handled bad sleep leads to stress, and stress leads to more bad sleep, just like a cat chasing it’s tail. Either system used on it’s own will give you great results. But one system alone will never fully solve the problems you’re experiencing now. As we mentioned above, you need to feed your body, day and night, to get rid of your day and night problems. Just concentrating on your sleep problem will not get rid of your stress…and just concentrating on your stress, won’t necessarily get you to sleep at night.
What is the EsseCore plan?
EsseCore’s unique program works on the basic mechanics of the body. Everyone’s body essentially replaces itself approximately every 120 days, as old cells die off, and new cells take their place. If the cells being replicated are altered or mutated to some degree, then your body will replicate altered or mutated cells. If the dying cells, are fatty cells, then more fatty cells will be replaced. If the cells that are dying off and being replaced are healthy cells, then the new cells will also be healthy.

What makes your system so special?
Our system is different from everyone else’s program for the following reasons:
• First, we pride ourselves on using the best whole foods and quality nutrients that work together for better sleep and reduced stress
- We know from years of experience with satisfied customers that the real way to address your sleep problems is to set your body up for a good night’s sleep during the day. And the way relieve your daily stress, is to set your body up during the night, while you are sleeping.
• We recognize the problems you’re having today, didn’t start today
- The problem that you’re having right now, with either sleep or stress, did not start this morning, it started earlier. And now that you have additional stress factors in your life, your already under nourished body, that was existing in cope mode, now cannot handle the new stresses you’re experiencing. Look at it this way your septic tank was already maxed out, but you didn’t know it. All of a sudden you invite 150 people to a party at your house, and the septic system overflow, creating a big mess. So just taking care of your sleep problem will not fully take care of your sleep problem.
• We know that you have to feed your body, not starve it.
- You can’t just stop, doing, taking, or expiring what you are doing currently. It’s sort of like losing weight. If you just stop eating you won’t lose weight. You have to reduce your calories, start exercising, eat the correct foods, drink more water, eat moderated quantities of food, and do this over time, to see a result.
- Same with correcting your internal systems and processes. It took you some time to get to this point, not being able to sleep and having an overabundance of stress. Now you have to feed your body what it really needs, not just what you carve, (that is most likely bad) and do this over a period of time in order for you to see a result….you feeling better; less stress and more sleep.

Will bad food and stress keep me from getting a good night's sleep?
The most simple and direct route to reducing stress is to eat a diet high in quality, nutritionally dense foods, along quality, nutritionally dense, whole food supplements, which will create an environment in which your body is able to heal itself. Whether you know it or not, most of the reasons you don’t feel good, can’t sleep and are stressed out, are because your body is starving and full of toxins. Starvation is a by-product of bad food and poor diet. Toxins are also a by-product of bad food, and poor diet, and are your body’s response to this. As a nation, we are over fed and undernourished, and our poor levels of health are a testament to this. Simply put, starvation and toxins put your body in a constant state of low grade or chronic inflammation. This inflammation results in your body not working correctly and you not feeling good. Over a long period of time, this chronic inflammation will lead to chronic health problems and potentially serious illness. Given the correct nutrition, your body has the amazing ability to heal and repair itself. By eating high quality, nutritionally dense foods and whole food supplements, getting exercise, and plenty of fresh water, you will start to feel better. You will start to get the sleep you need at night and feel less stressed out during the day. Lack of sleep, bad food and stress are like a cat chasing it’s own tail. None of them can be separated from each other. They form a vicious circle. Lack of sleep leads to being tired and stressed out the next day. Being tired leads to eating food more in general, usually high sugar, carbohydrate dense, empty calories. These foods rocket your sugar levels up, making you feel, temporarily, like you have more energy. Once your body processes the sugar, your blood sugar levels drop, leaving you feeling even more tired. While all this is going on, you’re moving through your day, dealing with all your everyday stresses. Now even more exhausted and stressed at night, you eat a high calorie dinner, snacking after that, then try to fall asleep. But being overly tired and stressed, and your body working over time to process all the bad food you’ve eaten and the stress you’ve tired to handle all day, you toss and turn, can’t fall asleep or stay sleep, and wake up even more tired the next day, only to start the same cycle all over again. When you get the correct nutrition you give your body the good building blocks it needs to feel less tried and stressed, you'll be able to get a good night’s sleep. With this change, what’s happening internally is that you start to reduce inflammation, rid your body of toxins, and re-build healthy cellular structure.

What are whole food supplements?
Simply, whole food supplements, are regular foods, for instance an apple, which once picked, is dried, ground into a powder, and could be combined with other whole food, and then “packaged” into a capsule or tablet for consumption. When we talk about whole foods, we are talking about using all the major, nutritional parts of that food source. For instance, with apples, we are referring to the skin, juice, and pulp. Your body needs all the nutrients provided by the apple; vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and so forth, because all these nutrients work synergistically together to give you maximum benefit. Your body is not designed to effectively use isolated nutrients. What your body needs are the full spectrum of nutrients, of any food source, as found in their natural ratios. Additionally, nutrients, from all food sources, work together synergistically for maximum benefit. One is a catalyst for the next, enabling your body to make full use of what you eat, creating the best environment for repair, detoxifying and re-building.

Why don't I just eat a lot of whole foods to get all the nutrients I need?
That would be a tall order. First let’s look at all the nutrients in one medium apple: fiber, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, Vitamins A, C, and E, and Folate. Now, let’s say you need the nutrients supplied by ten apples. If you tried to eat all ten apples, you might only get through five, and be full. Rightly so, as you have now put a lot bulk and water into your stomach. But let’s say you ate one apple, and took one capsule of a whole food apple supplement. The one whole apple would provide the synergistic nutrients of that apple. And the one apple supplement capsule would provide the synergistic nutrients you would need from the other nine apples. You would then get all the nutrients you needed from ten apples, while being only moderately full from the total consumption. And, you would not only save money by not having to buy all the separate nutrients in the apple, you would also save time by not having to take numerous supplements.
What's the difference between nutritional supplements and whole food supplements?
EseeCore also uses nutritional supplements, because some of the nutrients your body requires, do not exist in nature in large enough quantity, from a single food source. If you do take an isolated nutrient, you need to combine this with a whole food supplement for proper digestion and utilization by your body.
Can I feel better without having to change my diet?
Yes, of course you can, but whatever you do, will be short lived. Ultimately you have to change and supplement your diet, making the correct food choices to bolster the systems of your body, so that it can work correctly and at maximum efficiency, repairing and re-building properly. In 9 ½ out of 10 cases, one of the easiest and quickest things you can do to start feeling better is the change the way you eat. Making this change is easy, because eating is something that you do 3 – 6 times per day. Improving your nutrition is one of the things that will give you the most immediate benefit.

What is inflamation?
There are really two types of inflammation, both having the same response, but each having a different outcome.“Regular” inflammation is your body’s response to injury and illness. When you get an injury or illness the inflammation – anti-inflammation cycle starts.Inflammation surrounds the injury or illness, walling the area off from other parts of your body, and preventing the infection from moving into other parts of your body, and finally carrying the infection out of your body, so the healing process can begin. Somewhat like switching on a light when you enter a room, (the inflammation process starts), and turning off when you leave (the anti-inflammation process completes it’s cycle).

What is chronic inflammation?
“Chronic inflammation” (the light switch permanently on) is a low level, not always noticed, internal inflammation, occurring on a constant and continuous cellular basis, and stemming from a host of things; emotional, mental and physical stress, lack of sleep, fast foods and food additives, lack of enough water resulting in dehydration, poor quality diet, environmental pollutants, sugar consumption, smoking, alcohol, and actual physiological illnesses, to name a few. When your entire body and all it’s systems are constantly being assaulted, every day, day in and day out, your body’s natural defense systems are overwhelmed. And more often than not, your body does not have enough high quality nutrition to off set the avalanche of these stresses, and the chain reaction that occurs. Now, your body’s defenses race around frantically trying to save itself, which creates further stress and inflammation, on an internal physical level, which you may not be aware of, but results in you feeling bad, not sleeping and being totally stressed out. Picture this, you’re in a sinking boat, with only a small coffee can to bail out the water. Consider all the stress you would go through trying to bail that water out of the boat. Chances are you’re going to drown before you get the situation handled. If you had a pump in the boat, (a highly nutritional diet), you would be able to bail the water fast enough, with little to no stress, knowing that you would not drown. This constant and continuous friction, creates further stress and prompts you're inability to sleep, which in turn creates more stress.

How does chronic inflamation affect me?
Well, first there are some simple facts you should know about your body:
• There are approximately 60 to 100 trillion cells in the adult body
• Every hour approximately 1 billion cells must be replaced
• 3 million red blood cells are made in the human body every second
• Each red blood cell lives an average of 120 days
• 1 million white blood cells are made in the body every second
• White blood cells live approximate 13 days
• The lining of the digestive system is shed every 3 days
• The liver performs 500 functions in the body, including detoxifying chemicals and other toxins that enter through the mouth or nose
• Liver cells live approximately 18 months
• Each cell in the body has it’s own energy plant, called the mitochondria
• It is through the circulation of the blood that each cell receives nutrients to perform its job, and to remove waste products
Based on the facts above, you should also know that:
• New cells are produced from existing cells
• New are constantly damaged from various causes
• Damaged cells, also known as ”free radicals” steal from non-damaged cells, in order to make themselves whole again
• This process creates inflammation and more damage
• Whenever inflammation is present, free radicals are present and triggered
• Triggered free radicals create more damaged cells
• These free radicals create an “inner fire” that becomes chronic
• Antioxidants are a cell’s defense against this inner fire
The new cell / free radical cell cycle is continuous, until you stop the cycle by changes in your diet and lifestyle. When changes are not implemented, and inflammation continues over a long period of time, your body is set up for aging, and potentially life threatening illness.
With these facts in mind it’s easy to see why you need a lot of quality nutrition to fuel, maintain and repair your body. You are the Commander in Chief of an amazing biological society. Each and every cell counts on you to provide it with the life giving nutrients it needs to do its job. If your cells could vote, would be you re-elected?

How long does it take to fix inflamation?
You will never “fix” or get rid of inflammation, because without it’s natural, protective qualities you would die. What EsseCore is doing is working to bring balance back into your body, both internally and externally, over the chronic inflammation you have created with your lifestyle, so that you can handle your sleep and stress problems. When you start to get these problems under control, and they are no longer problems, you are on the path to managing the things you do to set off your internal inflammatory process, and feeling better. You will start to strengthen the various systems in your body, so they can handle the onslaught of life and it’s curve balls. Once you have your sleep and stress problems under control, you may also find that you can make further changes to your life, to help you to regulate your “inner fire”. Having said all this, and as noted above, cellular re-generation can take up to approximately 120 days. During this time, and with correct nutrition, more sleep and less stress, you will be generating healthy stronger cells that will support and strengthen the functions in your body.
While it’s possible that you might feel amazingly better in the first week of your new whole food supplement regime, you need to continue for at least 3 months to get the full benefits.
